When registering for one or more of the RBHockey Individual, Week Long, and/or Boarding camps, it is required that you include the necessary forms. Please print out your corresponding forms and mail them, along with your check, to the following address:

NorthEast Elite Hockey League: Please note that NEH players are only required to fill out the Waiver & Release of Liability form below.

REFUND POLICY

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your player's spot. All payments are due four weeks prior to start date of camp.

Deposits are non-refundable after May 1st. A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations.

Refunds or credits will not be issued for campers expelled, not showing up to camp or leaving on their own will. A credit towards future camp (minus $75.00 process fee) will be issued for players who cannot attend camp due to injury, a doctor's note may be required.
